Thank you for visiting my site. I have worked in the healing arts since 2001. I am passionate about personal growth and the tools that bring greater awareness and peace to our being. I see life as a treasure hunt where we pick up gold nuggets along the way that assist us in finding balance and freedom.

My educational journey includes a Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University, as well as formal training in massage therapy. Some of my deepest learning has come through doing my own inner healing work and through meaningful experiences of supporting others on their path. I specialize in a variety of massage therapy modalities, breathwork, meditation, inner child therapy, and individualized retreats. I offer a nurturing, open-hearted environment where each person can heal, explore and reconnect with their inner treasures.
