I have worked in the healing arts since 2001 and remain deeply passionate about personal growth and the tools that bring greater awareness and peace to our lives. I see life as a treasure hunt where we pick up gold nuggets of insight along the way that guide us toward balance and freedom. My education includes a Master's degree in Counseling from Northern Arizona University, as well as formal training in massage therapy. Some of my deepest learning has come through doing my own inner healing work and through meaningful experiences of supporting others on their path. I specialize in a variety of massage therapy modalities, breathwork, meditation, inner child therapy, and personalized Sedona retreats. I offer a nurturing, open-hearted environment where each person can heal, explore and reconnect with their inner treasures.
